If you can’t move better, you won’t feel better and you won’t be better. That is where we come in.
Even though we are known for our weight loss results, we also receive many referrals from physical therapists, doctors and chiropractors for our rehabilitation success. We do not offer physical therapy services. Our services are for the individual that needs/wants to go past where physical therapy ended or for the individual that is not sure if they need to go see a Physical Therapist.
Almost every single person that we work with has a nagging injury or issue that doesn’t resolve on its own. We have all been there.

“I walk like I am 105 years old as soon as I wake up and my feet hurt.”

The soccer mom that wants to lose 30 lbs, but her knee hurts from an ACL tear she had in high school. That 30 lbs would be much easier to lose if she didn’t have the constant ache and pain associated with that past injury. The grandmother that wants to hold her grandkids but can’t because of an old shoulder injury. The high school basketball player that wants to end his senior year with a championship season, but just can’t seem to get over a high ankle sprain he experienced his freshman year. Those are all examples of people that benefit from our post rehabilitation program.
We call our program “Return to Play/Work” (RTP/W) because we are not physical therapists, nor do we play them on TV. We are Fitness Coaches first and foremost that happen to have extensive backgrounds in dealing with the injured population because almost every single person we see has some kind of injury and or issue that is preventing them from reaching their goals.
Our RTP/W members will typically come to us after going to Physical Therapy or being referred to us by a local therapist (whether Chiropractic, Massage or Other). They have had success with returning to daily lifestyle activities, but they want to take it to the next level and return to sports or play.
Through the use of our Body Blueprint, Functional Movement Screen and thorough evaluation we pinpoint areas of restriction and weakness in your body that are preventing you from moving and feeling better. We then design a program that incorporates self massage, dynamic flexibility, posture improvement, core re-integration, functional stretching and resistance training to get your old body back so that you can enjoy your new life!
