Why online coaching?
We have worked with hundreds of people to bring them long lasting weight loss success. With our online coaching program we can now offer the same expertise normally reserved for our in-person members.
Our members come to KDR Fitness for our experience, knowledge and results. Simply put, they come to us for our individualized programs, coaching and guidance. At least half of what we do is provide hard-hitting answers and insight into “how do I get my body and self from where I am now to where I want to be.”
Online Coaching allows someone at a distant to take advantage of everything we normally offer our on-site members, except at a distance.
We have two programs available; fitness coaching and nutrition coaching.
Fitness Coaching– Online Fitness Coaching is for the person that wants guidance, instruction and accountability with out paying for one-on-one training. With our Online Fitness Coaching program our program developer will provide you with a new science based, cutting edge, results focused program every 4-6 weeks. This program is based off of a combination of a phone call evaluation as well as an online evaluation and postural assessment. Our Program Developer will then take that information and combined with the results you want and write the absolute best and most complete program to get you the results you want.

Nutrition Coaching– Online Nutrition Coaching is for the person that has an exercise program but is missing the nutrition component. Or, whether the program that they have is for weight loss or muscle building, the right program with out the right diet is worthless.
You can’t out train a bad diet. Our nutrition-coaching program blends science with practicality into one easy to follow system. We do not use fads or anecdotal evidence in our system.
With our nutrition-coaching program you are required to keep a food journal. After all, how can we help you if we don’t know what you are currently doing? Why don’t we just give you a diet to follow? We could but as the saying goes, “you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink.” Our program is all about educating our members and being realistic with goals we set for them. If you are eating big macs for lunch every day and all of a sudden we tell you no more big macs and only chicken and broccoli, that isn’t going to be a very realistic change.
