ATHLETIC ENHANCEMENT
90% OF PLAYING GOOD IS MOVING GOOD!
We have trained athletes ranging from 12 year old football players to elite snow boarders to Army RANGERs and Navy SEALs and every one and sport in between. With out a doubt the defining characteristic of any champion is not about how much they can bench or squat but rather how well they MOVE while on the field.
Put simply if your muscles are tight, your joints restricted and your movement skills compromised, you simply are not playing to your full potential, regardless of how good you are now.
Our number one goal for all of our traditional and non-traditional athletes is to keep them injury free. No one can get better at their sport if they are injured. That always means getting the individual stronger and more flexible however, it doesn't necessarily mean putting on extra un-needed muscle. In fact, in every sport the winner is the person that can move the easiest and that means having no flexibility/mobility issues as well as having the highest strength to mass ratio - how strong you are relative to your size. Being strong for strength's sake is great, but if you are over weight and are carrying extra fat, then first that extra fat needs to come off.

“I witnessed Ben Dearman in live action at the Army Ranger base in Fort Benning, GA. Not a clinic, not an exhibit, simply his everyday handling of building elite infantry men and women.
What amazed me was the complexity of his program design. Beyond strength and conditioning, Ben orchestrated repair work on injured soldiers. I witnessed his forging of new enlistees into chaotic conditioning levels. And most importantly I saw him prime our front-line soldiers into fierce, functional warriors.
I would not call Ben a specialist because that would limit the concept of what he is capable of. Ben Dearman is one of the most sophisticated, well-rounded training experts I have ever met.”
