INDIVIDUALIZES GROUP FITNESS
BOOT CAMP - Our KNOWLEDGE DRIVEN boot camp is a high energy, fast paced, full body work-out incorporating kettlebells, dumbbells, body weight exercises and suspension trainers in a circuit format designed to shock your system and ignite your metabolism.
Similar to High Intensity Interval Training, except with weights (your own body weight, barbells, kettle bells, dumbbells, etc.)! HIIT has been proven time and time again to burn more calories, build more lean body mass and torch more fat in less time then any other activity. The problem is that it’s HIGHLY INTENSE (hence the name), usually done out side and generally requires a high level of physical ability to fully reap the benefits.
BUT, recent studies have shown that H.I.R.T. provides even BETTER results in less time then H.I.I.T. And we can do it inside while fitting the work out to the individual. NO ONE coaches or teaches weight lifting better then us. And NO ONE can offer our level of safety, custom-ability and attention to form. This class will consist of various circuits, done at your own pace under our coach’s watchful eyes.
METABOLIC - Ignite your metabolic engine!
This KNOWLEDGE DRIVEN experience will torch calories, get your metabolism revving and give you the cardiovascular benefits you are looking for. In this high-intensity class we incorporate exercises in multiple planes of motion, using all kinds of equipment such as TRXs, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, medicine balls and more into an interval format, geared to elicit RESULTS!
This class is all about HEART RATE! We want your heart rate as high as possible, in the quickest amount of time, followed by a brief rest. The workouts will run approximately 20 minutes, with short bursts of work followed by brief bouts of rest.
Burn baby, burn!
"The basics" are essential in everything! Once you have the basic knowledge of anything, there are endless possibilities with what you can accomplish.
Kettlebell Basics will start you out at the very first step, just what a beginner needs and an expert needs to practice. The KB Basics Class is also great for anyone that wants to freshen up and really fine-tune his or her form. In Basics we will go over all the essential moves step by step to allow the greatest understanding of each technique.
This class is what's going to prevent injuries while teaching you how to use kettlebells for the maximum calorie burn, all while building functional strength.
TOTAL BODY (small group training membership only) - If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen! This class involves customized, KNOWLEDGE DRIVEN programming designed to build strength, develop lean muscle and burn fat.
The emphasis is on building lean body mass, improving posture and elevating your metabolism. If you want a structured program with a focus on resistance training while being coached by one of our fantastic coaches – this class is for you!!! Every time you come in is a coached session, it’s like getting 3 fitness coaching sessions per month.
Kettlebell W.O.D. (work out of the day) and Challenge W.O.W. (work out of the week)
These work outs can be done at any of the time, however, we do ask that you let us know ahead of time via email so that we can make sure we have time to explain the work out to you. These are very simple, effective and fast workouts that you can easily do on your own at the gym, with no supervision. Both workouts change on a weekly basis with the challenge work out repeating every 4 weeks for 3 months, and then new challenge workouts are created and cycled every 4 weeks for 3 months.

This new concept is set-up in group class with certified instructors using tools including kettlebells, sand bags, ropes, medicine balls, TRX’s and other fun, different equipment. This type of training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going. A kettlebell is basically a weight with a handle on it that can be used for numerous exercises you don't typically see in a gym. It may seem intimidating at first and I highly recommend that you have a certified instructor teach you how to work out using them. There is some skill involved, but anybody can learn and we can teach you at KDR Fitness. There is absolutely no way to describe this workout without inviting you to try it.

Before you join our group coaching program we do want you to meet with one of our coaches to go through our Knowledge Driven Results Body Blue Print. The coach will guide you to the best plan according to your blue print.
